Private Tours Product Manager

About the role

This position is for a Private Tours Product Manager who will design and sell bespoke luxury travel experiences across the UK and Ireland. The role blends high‑end product design with consultative sales, offering a hybrid work model based in Oxfordshire or fully remote for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Design and create tailor‑made itineraries for high‑value clients.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with discerning customers.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through storytelling and customised proposals.
• Develop new luxury travel products that align with the brand’s premium positioning.
• Manage pricing, budgets and profit margins for each itinerary.
• Research emerging travel trends and exclusive experiences to enrich the portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine products and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, delivering high‑quality journeys.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury travel product design and sales.
• Strong knowledge of destinations across the UK and Ireland.
• Ability to nurture long‑term client relationships and deliver personalised service.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and profit margins.
