Private Wealth Associate - Tax & Estate Planning

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Tax & Estate Planning Solicitor to join a well‑established private client team. You will work with high‑net‑worth individuals and complex family structures, delivering specialist advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, wealth preservation and trust administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload covering estates, trusts, wills and tax planning.
• Provide specialist advice on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and wealth preservation strategies.
• Draft and administer trusts, wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the department’s strategic growth.

Required profile

• 4+ years’ experience in tax and estate planning (candidates with slightly less experience may be considered).
• Strong technical knowledge of wills legislation and lasting powers of attorney.
• Proactive attitude, ability to manage your own caseload and mentor junior staff.
• Ambition to contribute to the team’s development and uphold its reputation.
