Private Wealth Solicitor – Flexible Hybrid Role in Reading

About the role

We are seeking a Private Wealth Solicitor to join our nationally recognised practice in Reading. The role offers a modern, non‑hierarchical environment with genuine flexibility – you will work primarily remotely and attend the office no more than one day a week, as required.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of private wealth matters, including non‑contentious wealth planning and contentious probate.
• Provide high‑value advice to affluent clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with senior partners and the wider team to deliver seamless client service.
• Maintain realistic chargeable hours targets while focusing on quality work.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in private wealth or private client work.
• Ability to handle both advisory and contentious probate matters.
• Motivation to work in a collaborative, high‑performing team.
• Commitment to delivering excellent client service.
