Probate Litigation Solicitor – Contentious Probate

About the role

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our Contentious Probate Litigation team in London. The successful candidate will work within a highly‑rated litigation department, handling complex probate disputes for both claimants and defendants.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the Department Director.
• Provide a professional, proactive approach and strong client‑care throughout cases.
• Manage contentious probate matters, including disputes in the High Court and Court of Appeal.
• Advise and represent clients on related civil and commercial issues such as bankruptcy, insolvency, and contract disputes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop litigation strategies and protect client interests.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with experience in contentious probate litigation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality client service.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of contentious probate law and related civil litigation procedures.
