Probate Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Probate Sales Consultant to join our sales team and help families navigate the complexities of estate administration. The role combines consultative sales with compassionate support for clients during difficult times.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the client pipeline from initial enquiry through quotation to contract signature.
• Provide detailed probate information and guidance, including technical matters.
• Deliver end‑to‑end customer service with clear communication and support.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional services.
• Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Effective communication skills and empathy for clients.
• At least 3–4 years of probate knowledge, preferably gained in the industry.
• Sales experience in probate or other professional‑services environments.
• Confidence to drive sales while maintaining a supportive approach.
• Ability to build and nurture positive internal and external relationships.
• Self‑management and prioritisation of workload.
• Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
• Ability to work to set KPI targets.
