Procurement Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an organised Procurement Administrator to support a busy manufacturing business in Andover. The successful candidate will manage the purchase of raw materials from UK and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and manage purchase orders using SAP.
• Coordinate with UK and overseas suppliers to guarantee on‑time arrivals.
• Monitor stock levels and support production through effective purchasing.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics providers to track deliveries.
• Maintain accurate supplier and product information.
• Resolve invoice and delivery queries.
• Complete all import and compliance documentation correctly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support overall business operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain administration.
• Strong SAP experience, preferably in Materials Management or Procurement.
• Experience working with international suppliers and handling import logistics.
• Good understanding of purchasing processes and supplier management.
• Confident use of Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
