About the role

National Highways is seeking a Procurement Advisor to support the delivery of high‑impact infrastructure projects across England. This role offers the chance to develop your procurement expertise while contributing to safer, smoother journeys for millions of road users.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement processes, including the creation of procurement documents and tender moderation.
• Manage tender queries, IT systems, and record‑keeping for all procurements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to study towards a CIPS qualification.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
