Procurement Analyst – 6‑month Contract

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑driven Procurement Analyst to join our team on a six‑month contract. Working in a hybrid setting, you will support end‑to‑end procurement operations, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding, onboarding documentation and performance monitoring.
• Oversee purchasing processes, including RFQs, tendering and purchase order creation.
• Track contracts, renewals and maintain accurate contract records.
• Conduct spend analysis and cost‑control activities to identify savings opportunities.
• Match invoices, reconcile statements and ensure timely payments.
• Collaborate with finance, IT and business stakeholders to streamline procurement workflows.

Required profile

• Previous experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle large data sets.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement/finance systems such as Concur, ERP, Excel and SharePoint.
• Experience using electronic signature tools like Docusign.
