Procurement Manager – Indirect Spend Specialist

About the role

We are partnering with a leading fresh‑produce business to find a commercially minded Procurement Manager. You will own the indirect spend portfolio, driving cost efficiencies and supplier performance across energy, packaging, transport, facilities, equipment and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage indirect procurement spend and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Negotiate contracts to deliver commercial value and cost savings.
• Conduct spend analysis to identify savings opportunities.
• Lead procurement policy, compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations stakeholders.
• Support sustainability, land‑management and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in indirect spend.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
• Commercially focused with excellent analytical skills.
• CIPS qualification is desirable.
