Procurement Manager

About the role

Fusion21 is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead its public‑sector framework sourcing programme. You will ensure frameworks are delivered on time, compliant and generate social value while supporting the organisation’s strategic procurement policy.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and renewal of procurement frameworks in line with Fusion21’s Strategic Procurement Policy.
• Manage the full lifecycle of framework renewals and new framework development, ensuring market‑leading, fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Develop and oversee supply‑chain monitoring activities and associated risk‑management processes.
• Embed value‑for‑money initiatives across the procurement offering.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, translating their priorities into effective procurement strategies.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
• Proficiency in ICT, particularly Microsoft applications.
• CIPS qualification (or working towards an Advanced Diploma).
