Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will provide commercial control, supplier discipline and governance for property management services across the portfolio. Working closely with Property, Facilities, Asset Management and Finance teams, the role ensures the business buys wisely, manages suppliers effectively and delivers cost‑effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities across the portfolio, securing value for money, quality and service delivery.
• Identify and consolidate supplier base to drive efficiencies and cost savings.
• Manage end‑to‑end tender processes (ITTs, RFPs, RFQs) from scoping through negotiation and contract award.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts and service level agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, implementing improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with Asset, Property and Facility Management teams to align procurement strategy with operational needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.
• Professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS) highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in real estate, property or facilities management.
• Track record of supplier consolidation, cost‑saving initiatives and contract negotiation.
