Procurement Manager

About the role

At ClearSpace, the Procurement Manager will support and execute procurement and supply chain activities from our London office, working closely with the Director of Procurement and Supply Chain. This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with solid procurement experience in a technical or industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support negotiation and execution of supplier contracts, MSAs, and SOWs.
• Draft SOWs with clear scope, deliverables, milestones, KPIs, and pricing.
• Act as day‑to‑day commercial contact for assigned suppliers.
• Flag commercial risks and propose cost‑saving opportunities.
• Support the local implementation of ClearSpace's supply chain strategy and Make‑or‑Buy analysis.
• Manage day‑to‑day procurement operations to secure timely, cost‑effective materials and services.
• Build vendor relationships and negotiate terms within delegated authority.
• Monitor supplier performance and support reviews, audits, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant import/export regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years' experience in procurement or supply chain within the European Space market, ideally with global suppliers/contract manufacturers in a product manufacturing setting.
• Experience with contract negotiation and SOW drafting.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain management software.
