Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high‑quality, responsive procurement service that supports the corporate strategy.
• Manage complex procurement projects from inception to contract award.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts provide value for money and reflect NHG’s values.
• Maintain compliance with public‑sector procurement legislation and best practice.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex procurements, preferably within the public sector.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative, customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to balance commercial insight with regulatory compliance.
• Commitment to NHG’s values and to delivering tangible outcomes for residents.

Required skills

• Knowledge of public‑sector procurement legislation and best practice.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end procurement projects.
