Procurement Manager – Strategic Sourcing Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to shape and develop our procurement strategy within a regulated, fast‑growing business. The role will lead sourcing activities, strengthen supplier governance and deliver cost‑saving initiatives while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end sourcing and tender processes, from brief to contract award.
• Negotiate commercial terms and supplier contracts.
• Manage supplier performance, KPIs and contract renewals.
• Develop and maintain procurement policies, processes and governance frameworks.
• Oversee supplier due‑diligence, third‑party risk assessments and compliance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance and IT to ensure robust supplier oversight.
• Produce spend analysis, procurement reporting and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supplier management.
• Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Experience designing procurement processes and supplier governance.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
• Excellent organisational skills and commercial awareness.
• Background in a regulated environment is a plus.
