Procurement Officer – NHS Grampian (Band 5)

About the role
The NHS Grampian Procurement Team is seeking a permanent Procurement Officer (Band 5) to join a supportive, forward‑thinking environment. Working 36 hours per week, you will help deliver local and national procurement agreements while driving savings across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Support the procurement team in implementing and managing local and national agreements.
- Identify and achieve cost‑saving opportunities throughout the NHS Grampian organisation.
- Produce high‑quality procurement documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with procurement policies.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in procurement within a public or large‑scale organisation.
- Strong track record of delivering work to a high standard.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
