Procurement Specialist – International Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our international supplier team in Crawley. You will support large‑scale infrastructure projects across multiple continents, managing the full procurement cycle from enquiry to order placement.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing products from UK manufacturers and negotiating competitive prices.
• Preparing quotations for international infrastructure and construction projects.
• Reviewing customer RFQs to ensure technical and commercial compliance.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Managing multiple projects and quotation deadlines simultaneously.
• Following up quotations and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Placing purchase orders and coordinating supplier deliveries.
• Conducting supplier due diligence and maintaining accurate procurement records.
• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout each project.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of procurement experience, preferably in international infrastructure or construction.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reasonable commuting distance to Crawley.
