Procurement Specialist

About the role

Red Bull UK is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the day‑to‑day operations of its Fleet and Travel spend categories. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will act as the primary operational contact for both the Fleet Management Company and the Travel Management Company, ensuring efficient service delivery across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the key operational liaison for the Fleet Management Company, overseeing vehicle allocation, onboarding, maintenance, conversions, driver training and partner coordination.
• Manage the Travel Management Company relationship, maintain employee travel data, handle long‑term accommodation requests, lead the MICE development program and deliver travel training.
• Support Red Bull’s net‑zero objectives by driving sustainability initiatives within fleet and travel.
• Act as the initial contact for vendor onboarding, reviewing data, approving new vendors and creating insights to improve cost efficiency.
• Process financial tasks such as invoice approvals, coding and reporting.
• Run projects and initiatives that enhance operational performance for both categories.

Required profile

• Strong, established experience in procurement, supply‑chain operations or a similar operational role.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills with both internal and external partners.
• High capability in data analysis and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent time‑management, communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to focus on priorities, deliver quality outcomes and provide high‑level service to fleet drivers and travellers.
