Product Cleaner (temporary, 3 months)

About the role

Medstrom Ltd is seeking a motivated Product Cleaner to join its new service centre in Portsmouth. This temporary position starts for three months and may become permanent based on business needs. You will support the delivery of medical products to patients across Hampshire and Dorset by ensuring they are clean, tested and ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, test and repair products to prepare them for customer installation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of products and spare parts.
• Follow internal and external quality and safety processes.
• Meet daily product preparation targets.
• Provide timely service to field technicians.
• Complete electrical safety testing and record results.
• Keep the workplace tidy and update activity reports.
• Enter relevant data into IT systems.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety rules (advantageous but not essential).
• Basic PC skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Full driving licence is a plus, though the role is site‑based.
• Electrical safety testing qualification is desirable; full training will be provided.
