Product Designer – AI‑Powered Beauty & Wellness Platform

About the role

Fresha is looking for a Product Designer to join its global team and help shape the AI‑powered operating system for the beauty, wellness and self‑care industry. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you will work closely with product, engineering, customer experience and senior leadership to bring fresh perspectives to every product area.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers and senior leaders to design and ship features across the entire platform.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain high design quality and contribute to the team’s culture through knowledge sharing.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, analyse usage data and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.
• Simplify complex problems into intuitive, user‑friendly solutions.
