Product Designer

About the role
Avant Arte is looking for a Product Designer to join its small, ambitious team. You will work independently, own projects from concept to launch, and help shape the design processes that support the company’s mission of making art more accessible.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, content designers and other stakeholders to take ideas from concept to shipped product.
- Craft user journeys and interfaces, balancing content, visual design and UI to create effortless experiences.
- Develop a deep understanding of prospective customers and audiences, turning insights about habits, motivations and friction points into design solutions.
- Champion design thinking across the team, influencing problem‑solving from early conversations through final release.
- Shape and steward a design system and shared design principles.
Required profile
- Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
- Comfortable owning end‑to‑end design projects and building design processes.
- Passionate about creating meaningful, inclusive experiences.
