Join Social Value Portal, the UK's leading platform for measuring and reporting social value since 2014. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growing platform, working within a mature product ecosystem to drive meaningful impact through user-centric design.

Missions principales

• Conduct user research to deeply understand client needs and pain points.
• Create high-quality wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Perform usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate effectively.
• Maintain, evolve, and contribute to our established Design System and pattern library.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams within an Agile framework.
• Transition from executing defined projects to leading complex strategic research and design initiatives.
• Act as the ultimate user champion, ensuring all product decisions remain client-centric.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Product Designer working on scalable digital platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively under the guidance of the Head of Product and Senior Designer.
• A strategic mindset with the capacity to evolve from tactical improvements to complex problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between design, business, and technical requirements.
• A passion for social value and creating products that drive positive societal change.
