Product Engineer (Full Stack)

About the role

Plain is redefining customer support for B2B companies by building the fastest, AI‑powered platform that unifies all customer interactions across Slack, Discord, and other channels. The Product Engineer will work hybrid in London, building full‑stack features, shaping product direction, and collaborating closely with customers to deliver simple, powerful, and polished solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build across the stack: frontend interfaces, backend logic, and everything in between.
• Ship high‑impact features that are fast, reliable, and delightful.
• Contribute to product and technical direction, working closely with design, engineering, and founders.
• Collaborate tightly with customers to understand their problems and solve them elegantly.
• Help shape a fast‑moving, product‑centric engineering culture.
