Product Growth Manager

About the role

The role owns and optimises the app's internal growth loops, focusing on creator activation, viral sharing and rapid experimentation. You will work in a small, bureaucracy‑free team where every decision directly impacts the product.

Key responsibilities

• Own creator‑side growth loops and viral loops with measurable impact on k‑factor.
• Identify and fix leaks in creator funnels through experiments with clear decision rules.
• Run high‑velocity A/B testing and experimentation to drive creator activation and retention.
• Collaborate with recommendation or ranking teams to improve discovery and engagement.

Required profile

• Product growth experience at a consumer social or UGC app that scaled past 10 M MAU.
• Joined a company during its growth phase (before crossing 10 M MAU) and stayed through the climb.
• Able to relocate to London for full‑time in‑office work by October 2026.
• Not from a consultant or agency background; not seeking enterprise or B2B‑only roles.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Proficiency in SQL for user‑behavior analysis.
• Experience with experimentation platforms like Statsig, LaunchDarkly or Optimizely.
