Product Lead – Billing Migration (Commercial Banking)

About the role

We are supporting a leading commercial bank in a large‑scale transformation of its billing and charging platform. As the Product Lead you will own the end‑to‑end migration from legacy billing systems to a modern, scalable solution while shaping the digital billing experience across online, mobile and servicing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the billing migration strategy, managing roadmap, dependencies, risks and milestones.
• Oversee the transition from legacy systems ensuring no customer disruption and maintaining pricing integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Own the digital billing product, setting vision, roadmap and backlog for billing capabilities across all channels.
• Collaborate with technology, finance, operations and channel teams and manage third‑party vendors.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, audit and conduct standards while identifying and mitigating delivery risks.

Required profile

• Proven track record leading billing or charging migration programmes in commercial or corporate banking.
• Strong background in digital product ownership and delivery of legacy‑to‑modern platform transformations.
• Deep understanding of banking products, pricing models and revenue drivers.
• Experience delivering customer‑centric digital journeys across multiple channels.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
