Product Manager, Agent Development (Arabic speaking)

About the role

Sierra is looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise‑grade AI agents that converse with customers in Arabic. You will work closely with engineers and customers to design, ship, and continuously improve AI‑driven virtual agents that handle high‑volume interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and customers to build and ship AI agents capable of handling thousands of daily conversations.
• Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, deliver demos, and solve technical challenges.
• Develop and refine virtual agents to anticipate and meet client business processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, shaping strategic technical roadmaps for customers.
• Collaborate with Sierra’s product and engineering teams to define and implement new feature requirements.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience developing highly technical products.
• Senior‑level product management or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to craft messages for executives and technical audiences.
• Strong communication skills for both non‑technical and technical stakeholders, especially around AI developments.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Additional AI‑related product experience, coding knowledge, or an MBA is a plus.
