Product Manager – Cloud Calling, Contact & Meetings

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to shape BT Business’s Cloud Calling, Contact Centre and Meetings portfolio, initially focusing on RingCX – an AI‑powered omnichannel contact centre built with RingCentral. The role will own product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet customer needs and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for cloud‑calling, contact‑centre and meetings solutions.
• Prioritise investments using customer feedback, market insight, operational data and sales requirements.
• Lead delivery of new capabilities and enhancements in partnership with internal teams and strategic partners.
• Build and manage relationships across BT and partner organisations, influencing roadmap direction and ensuring effective governance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and proposition teams to create go‑to‑market plans and sales enablement materials.
• Monitor product performance, customer experience and operational outcomes, using data to identify optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within telecom or cloud‑based communication services.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market and customer data into product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to work across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and commercial audiences.
