Product Manager – Commercial Finance

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to lead the creation and scaling of innovative SME funding solutions for a market‑leading independent commercial finance lender. You will shape product strategy across international markets, ensuring regulatory compliance and treasury funding enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market gaps and emerging trends to define product direction and backlog.
• Lead cross‑functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and scale.
• Assess and select delivery approaches – internal build or strategic partnerships – for funding and adjacent products.
• Develop business cases, financial models and risk assessments to support product proposals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and treasury funding structures across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, treasury and other stakeholders to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
• Leverage an established network to identify and engage technology and funding partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B financial services product management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and treasury funding mechanisms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and business case development skills.
• Established network of industry contacts and partnership experience.
