Product Manager - Credit Cards

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Credit Cards Product Development team and drive the growth of our Instalments proposition. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of new instalments features, ensuring they meet customer needs, commercial targets and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and optimise instalments features that help customers manage spending and repayments.
• Own discrete initiatives on the instalments product roadmap from concept through to scalable delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Platform, Engineering, Everyday Banking and other Credit Card product teams.
• Shape product design, positioning and delivery while balancing customer value, commercial outcomes and risk.
• Ensure all propositions comply with policy, risk appetite and Consumer Duty expectations and remain competitive.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience delivering end‑to‑end products or propositions.
• Background in financial services, payments, lending or other regulated environments.
• Proven ability to translate product strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities and executable plans.
• Strong analytical skills using performance data, customer insight and market trends.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication across multiple teams.
