Product Manager – Laboratory Water Purification

About the role

We are seeking an experienced or aspiring Product Manager to own a respected portfolio of scientific water purification systems used in research, pharmaceutical and QC laboratories. You will work at the intersection of science, technology and commercial strategy, guiding products from concept through launch and ongoing optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and long‑term roadmap for laboratory water purification products.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from market analysis and requirements gathering to launch and post‑launch optimisation.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, technical support, marketing and commercial teams to align development with customer and market needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and future product requirements.
• Lead product introductions together with sales and marketing teams.
• Deliver product training and communicate updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline.
• Strong technical communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience in product management or customer‑facing roles (desirable).
• Background working with scientific, laboratory, analytical or industrial equipment (highly desirable).
• Passion for customer‑focused product development and continuous improvement.
