Product Manager (Legal Tech)

About the role

The firm is expanding its Legal Tech team and seeks a Product Manager to own the delivery and adoption of legal technology platforms. Working on a hybrid basis (50 % office, 50 % home) you will partner with the Real Estate practice to embed innovative tools into everyday legal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the firm’s legal tech platforms and drive adoption strategies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across the firm, ensuring tools are embedded into day‑to‑day processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve matter delivery, especially within the Real Estate practice.
• Design and deliver training and enablement programmes for end‑users.
• Act as a trusted advisor on legal innovation for internal teams and clients.
• Support client‑facing initiatives, contribute to pitches and proposals.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to maximise technology investment value.

Required profile

• Minimum five years’ experience in legal technology, innovation or change management within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Proven stakeholder‑management and project‑scoping abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
• Experience in Real Estate is advantageous but not essential.
