Product Manager – New Product Development (NPD)

About the role

NEOM Wellbeing is seeking a Product Manager to lead new product development across home fragrance, body care, skincare and gifting. Based in our London or Harrogate office, you will translate market insight and sustainability innovation into 100% naturally fragranced products that support wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Own on‑time delivery of NPD/EPD launches, managing critical paths, copy, design, legal, artwork, samples and testing.
• Feed market, trend and customer insight into the NPD gate process and pipeline.
• Create product briefs and source formulations, components and packaging with suppliers.
• Track commercial performance, ensuring margin targets are met.
• Support strategic growth through exclusives, limited editions, bespoke sizes and partnerships.
• Coordinate samples for photography, press and retail; produce internal product information manuals.
• Recommend retail pricing and compile costings against target margins/RRPs.

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience in product development or a similar role.
• Proven track record of on‑time, on‑budget delivery, including CPA management.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a self‑starter attitude.
• Passion for wellbeing, natural fragrances and the brand.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Commercial acumen with experience in costing, margins and budget tracking.
• Familiarity with the beauty, personal care or home‑fragrance categories (desirable).
