Product Manager - OEM

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager - OEM to join our Product Team and take ownership of Activate Group’s OEM‑facing product line, including AvantelIQ and the Total Loss Avoidance solution. You will shape the roadmap, work closely with major OEM partners such as BMW, MINI UK, McLaren, Volkswagen Group and Toyota, and translate their requirements into product improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain product roadmaps aligned with the wider company strategy.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with OEM partners, gathering feedback and identifying enhancement opportunities.
• Partner with the Head of Product and development teams to translate roadmap priorities into clear features and user stories.
• Collaborate with QA, UX/UI and data teams to ensure high‑quality, intuitive, and measurable products.
• Monitor automotive and OEM compliance trends to keep products competitive and industry‑leading.
• Define and track key product metrics, driving continuous improvement and value for OEM partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within automotive, OEM, SaaS or technology sectors.
• Track record of delivering products from concept to market.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills, including managing relationships with large corporate partners.
• Excellent communication ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with modern UX/UI practices.
