Product Manager – Schools & Higher Education

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Schools and Higher Education portfolio for an international educational organisation. You will be responsible for planning, developing and managing the lifecycle of products within our integrated English language learning and assessment suite. The role offers a hybrid working model with 2‑3 days a week in our Stratford, London office.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and planning for the Schools & Higher Education portfolio.
• Manage product development and lifecycle across both print and digital channels.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align product outcomes with market needs.
• Monitor commercial performance and drive revenue growth.
• Lead innovation and digital transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related product development role within education publishing, EdTech or ELT.
• Strong understanding of English language teaching and assessment methodologies.
• Experience managing both print and digital product development.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and customer feedback.

• Competitive salary £38,000‑£46,000 plus a £3,300 London allowance where applicable.
