Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Product Owner to lead the evolution of our SaaS platform portfolio in Poole. Working in a hybrid model (three days onsite), you will sit at the heart of product delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders, engineering teams and external technology partners to shape innovative software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap and backlog.
• Define and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive fast‑paced delivery of integrations, new functionality and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and delivery partners throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage relationships with third‑party technology vendors and strategic partners.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption and ongoing business value.
• Champion Agile best practices and continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within a SaaS environment.
• Track record of delivering software integrations and working with APIs.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery and close collaboration with development teams.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Data‑driven approach to product decisions and continuous improvement.
