Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to join a leading Global FinTech on its AI transformation journey. The role will be based in either Bristol (Aztec West) or London (Cornhill EC3) and operates on a hybrid schedule, with three days in the office and two days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product backlog for AI‑enabled financial software.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional agile teams to deliver iterative releases.
• Use AI tools to enhance requirements gathering, user story creation, and documentation.
• Translate business objectives into clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Monitor product performance and make data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in software development.
• Hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Kiro, Copilot Studio) to support product activities.
• Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS platforms or complex B2B products is a plus.
