About the role

This Level 4 apprenticeship offers an aspiring product specialist the chance to start a career in fashion and textiles within TJX Europe. You will gain hands‑on experience across the product development lifecycle, focusing on quality, safety and performance of merchandise sold in our stores.

Key responsibilities

• Support Product Specialists in daily quality assurance activities.
• Assist with product testing, inspection and compliance checks.
• Contribute to product development stages from concept to customer delivery.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers and cross‑functional partners.
• Maintain technical documentation and product specifications.
• Help ensure products meet TJX quality, safety and value standards.

Required profile

• Curious, organised and eager to learn.
• Passion for fashion, textiles and product quality.
• No prior product‑technology experience required.
• Strong interest in problem‑solving within a fast‑paced retail environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of product development processes.
• Awareness of quality assurance and compliance principles.
