Product & Range Manager – New Product Development

About the role

The Product & Range Manager will lead the lifecycle of our packaging products, balancing customer needs, business objectives and technical feasibility. You will ensure each product is launched efficiently, complies with regulations and supports the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and manage the appropriate lifecycle stage for each product group.
• Apply product lifecycle management techniques and use data analysis to drive range changes.
• Track product performance with KPIs and align actions with lifecycle stages.
• Create and maintain ERP‑friendly product passports, technical specifications and compliance documents.
• Support new product development from supplier announcements or customer requests.
• Develop relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Act as a cross‑functional bridge between supply chain and sales teams.
• Provide collateral for product launches, trade fairs and other external events.
• Manage product launches via website, HubSpot sales emails and sales materials.
• Deliver training for new and existing products and handle quality or compliance issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product and Range Manager.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Ability to prioritize and make data‑driven decisions.
• Leadership without direct authority and excellent time management.

Required skills

• SAGE (or similar ERP system).
• HubSpot for sales communications.
• General ERP system proficiency.
