About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Product Safety Administrator to join our Product Safety team in Witney. The role is a technical administrative position focused on quality control of returned medical technology, ensuring accurate documentation for engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive returned medical devices and conduct thorough physical assessments.
• Log all findings and measurements into internal quality management databases with high attention to detail.
• Manage the flow of items through the return process to meet departmental deadlines.
• Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures to comply with medical industry regulations.

Required profile

• Methodical approach with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Clear written English for reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work night‑shift pattern (4‑on, 4‑off, 7 am‑7 pm).
• Background in administration, retail, or warehouse data‑entry; no specific medical experience required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Comfort using bespoke internal software.
