Product Support Coordinator

About the role

Our client is seeking a Product Support Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers. You will deliver professional telephone and email support, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and orders are processed accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Resolve issues and complaints, identifying appropriate solutions.
• Process orders, requests and amendments accurately.
• Maintain and update customer records using internal systems.
• Provide clear information about products and services.
• Follow company procedures and service standards.
• Support the wider team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Provide technical help and achieve agreed service level targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Empathetic listening and a positive, flexible team attitude.
• Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
• Capable of working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

What we offer

• Competitive salary of approximately £27,000 per year.
