Product Support Manager – Lift Industry

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Support Manager to lead safety, compliance and technical support for our lift product portfolio. Based initially at our Andover head office, the role will transition to a hybrid working pattern supporting installation teams, suppliers and OEM partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product safety and compliance across the lift portfolio.
• Manage investigations, corrective actions and maintain technical documentation, testing records and certifications.
• Drive product improvements with OEM partners and support new product development.
• Provide expert technical support, training and guidance to installation teams and customers.

Required profile

• NVQ in Lift Installation, CAD qualifications or equivalent industry experience; an Engineering degree is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives and Building Regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office.
