Production Allrounder

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Production Allrounder to join our busy workshop in Caterham. You will work on a variety of branding projects, focusing on vinyl application, graphic weeding and vehicle graphics while supporting other production areas.

Key responsibilities

• Apply vinyl and perform graphic weeding on vehicle and signage projects.
• Assist with vehicle wrapping, ensuring high‑quality finishes.
• Support large‑format printing, finishing, fabrication and assembly tasks.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
• Adapt to changing priorities and handle a range of workshop duties.

Required profile

• Experience in large‑format print, signage or vehicle graphics.
• Confidence in vinyl application and graphic weeding; vehicle‑wrapping experience is a plus.
• Understanding of print production, finishing and workshop fabrication.
• Enjoys a varied, fast‑paced environment and helping teammates.
