Production and Fulfilment Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Production and Fulfilment Associate to join a growing and innovative product design business in Leeds during the busy Black Friday and seasonal period. The role involves supporting the assembly, preparation and dispatch of sustainable consumer products sold through the company’s e‑commerce platforms and distributed internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble products and components to company quality standards
• Prepare components and materials for production and assembly
• Pack finished products ready for shipment
• Prepare and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Replenish finished‑goods stock and maintain stock locations
• Process returns and prepare items for rework where required
• Support quality‑control processes to maintain a low error rate
• Collaborate with colleagues across the production and fulfilment team

Required profile

• Experience in a production, assembly or fulfilment environment
• Background in manufacturing, technical assembly or warehouse picking, packing and shipping
• Experience handling metal components or complex parts
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and accurate data entry
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proactive, positive attitude and reliable time‑keeping
• Team‑focused mindset
