Production Assistant

About the role

Join a leading healthcare diagnostics manufacturer as a Production Assistant, working on a 4‑days‑on, 4‑days‑off shift (07:00‑19:00). You will play a vital part in ensuring that every product meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate specialised production machinery in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Record manual batch entries and digital data accurately, ensuring clear documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and keep the line running efficiently.

Required profile

• Strong numeracy and literacy for managing machine settings and data entry.
• Clear written communication and ability to produce legible handwritten reports.
• Methodical, organised approach with a team‑first attitude.
• Ability to provide a verifiable 5‑year history of employment, education, or activities.
