Production Coordinator (Consumer Products)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our fast‑growing consumer products business in West Drayton. Working closely with the Operations Director, you will oversee the end‑to‑end production process, ensuring licensed products are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full production lifecycle across multiple product ranges, from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate manufacturing with UK and overseas suppliers to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Collaborate with design, sales and licensing teams throughout product development.
• Monitor production schedules, identify and resolve delays or issues.
• Ensure products comply with UK and EU safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and licensing partners.
• Identify and implement improvements to production efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Support product approvals and launch of new licensed items.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Planner or Manufacturing Coordinator in consumer products or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing and supply‑chain processes.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills for working with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
