Production Coordinator – Creative Brand

About the role

Join a design‑led consumer brand as a Production Coordinator, acting as the hub between product development, sales, technical teams and global manufacturers. You will ensure that exciting collections reach leading retailers on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple production projects from order confirmation through to final shipment.
• Create and maintain critical paths to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers to schedule production and resolve issues.
• Review product specifications, packaging and artwork to confirm production readiness.
• Organise sample approvals, internal review meetings and supplier feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Technical, Sales and Logistics teams.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early and implement corrective actions.
• Support product quality and compliance throughout the production cycle.
• Identify new suppliers and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Visit suppliers and attend international trade fairs when required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Production, Product Development or Buying Coordination.
• Background in consumer products such as gifting, homewares, stationery or retail supply.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Proactive problem‑solver thriving in a fast‑moving environment.
• Commercial awareness and passion for high‑quality consumer goods.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with product management systems.
