Production Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our fast‑growing merchandise team. You will be the central point ensuring client orders move smoothly from initial request to final delivery, working closely with clients, the sales team, suppliers and our in‑house warehouse.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client orders throughout the entire production cycle, tracking every detail.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to guarantee seamless order processing and on‑time delivery.
• Assist the sales team in preparing accurate sales quotes for new projects.
• Handle support tickets for internal and external stakeholders, providing timely updates.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to keep projects on schedule and meet delivery deadlines.
• Eventually oversee merchandise campaigns for blue‑chip brands across Europe and worldwide.

Required profile

• At least one year of office or administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence on the phone.
• Calm under pressure, able to juggle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
• Willingness to be flexible with hours when deadlines require extra effort.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams (desirable).
• Ability to navigate a CRM system effectively (training provided).
