Production Co‑Ordinator

About the role

The client, an interior‑design studio, is seeking a Production Co‑Ordinator to run the end‑to‑end manufacturing workflow. The role is office‑based, requiring a daily presence and a valid driver’s licence due to the need to travel to suppliers and sites.

Key responsibilities

• Order fabrics, hardware, linings and other components required for production.
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
• Track deliveries and ensure all materials arrive on time for scheduled work.
• Coordinate the fitters’ diary, aligning appointments and resources to meet project timelines.
• Oversee the entire production process to guarantee that every moving part lands in the right place at the right time.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Studio Manager, Production Co‑Ordinator, Credit Controller, Construction Admin, or Office Manager.
