Production Coordinator

About the role

Rohan Designs is seeking a Production Coordinator to join its head office in Milton Keynes. The role is central to ensuring that our technical clothing collections are produced on schedule, meeting quality standards and delivery commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Production Manager with vendor reviews, WIP updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain and update vendor data in seasonal range grids.
• Assist in forecast, capacity planning and the timely placement of purchase orders.
• Generate, monitor and communicate purchase orders to suppliers, reviewing production trackers and highlighting risks.
• Act as the primary contact for queries on purchase orders, production variances and delivery dates.
• Coordinate marketing sample orders and align production with marketing timelines.
• Lead internal and external progress meetings, using the range grid to track critical path and intake deadlines.
• Ensure critical path dates are met and communicated to suppliers.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, collate freight costings and provide information to the Production Manager.

Required profile

• Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong supplier and vendor relationship management experience.
• Good understanding of technical apparel production processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
