Production Coordinator – Originals

About the role

LADstudios Originals is looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to support the creation of its award‑winning digital content. You will work with a dynamic team behind popular shows such as Snack Wars, Agree to Disagree, Honesty Box and Minutes With, ensuring each shoot runs smoothly from pre‑production to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all stages of production, including scheduling, location scouting, talent booking and equipment logistics.
• Manage daily shoot operations, troubleshoot issues on set, and keep productions on time and on budget.
• Liaise with internal creative teams, external vendors and talent to ensure clear communication and delivery of assets.
• Maintain production documentation, track budgets, and update status reports for senior management.
• Support post‑production hand‑over by organising footage, logs and related materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a fast‑paced digital or broadcast environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shoots simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setting, balancing office collaboration and on‑set responsibilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on shoot coordination experience.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and budgeting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
