Production Database Automation Engineer – C#/.NET & Golang

About the role

As a Production Database Automation Engineer you will design and deliver automation, remediation, monitoring and capacity‑management solutions for high‑throughput database environments. You will work with a mix of on‑premise and cloud technologies, ensuring the performance and reliability of critical services that process thousands of transactions per second.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new features or create tools to support product development.
• Work with automation and orchestration platforms such as Ansible and Jenkins.
• Maintain clean coding practices and high‑quality code.
• Identify technical improvement areas and contribute to solution proposals.
• Support and enhance the existing codebase.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business and document completed work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in client/server development and using AI technologies to boost developer productivity.
